"I've made this three times. My only tweak is adding vanilla to cake batter & the baking time, maybe its my bakeware, but first time it was still pretty raw after the hour. Had to put back in oven , 2nd time overcooked, 3rd time I nailed it. Needs at least 1 hr 20 mins in my oven. But that being said this is a winner. I love it, my husband's Mexic""
