Reviewed Beer Braised BBQ Pork Butt

This was great. I used a boneless Boston butt and lowered the temp to 275 and cooking time to 2 hours until I got to 170 in temp. The gravy Is the perfect compliment to the Pork and works on mashed potatoes too. I used Guinness stout as the beer and it was perfect. As always:-"
