Reviewed I Ain't Chicken Chicken: Crispy Roasted Chicken Breasts with Orange and Cardamom

"This was delicious, and incredibly easy. I did do a couple of things a tiny bit differently...like instead of using chicken breasts I used a whole chicken, removed the backbone, and flattened it. Additionally, I wanted a little extra heat, so after massaging the skin with olive oil and salting with kosher salt, I sprinkled some crushed red pepper"

Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey

"I have been making this brine recipe for the last few years. It is so easy and it makes the turkey so juicy. I don't, however, do the roasting method suggested. I did it once and it just didn't turn out right. Instead, I roast it at 325 degrees farenheit until my digital meat thermometer reads 151 degrees. ""

Reviewed Roasted Brussels Sprouts

"Great recipe. super easy to make. I halved the sprouts, tossed them with the olive oil, salt, fresh ground black pepper and then added some red pepper flakes for a little extra heat. These would also be great with a honey dijon glaze added after they come out of the oven."
