So simple and easy. I took advice from several other foodies, cut the salt to 1 teaspoon. Also used garlic infused EVO and WOW! Even drizzled after pizza after it came out and also lightly coated the crust to give a shine. Even stuffed the crust with frozen string cheese cut in half. Just make sure, roll the pizze edge "Over" the top of the cheese"
