This was delicious. The sauce had such a subtle but decadent flavor. Be sure and use good quality bacon. Our bacon was not the best but it was still delicious.

I would give this 6 stars if I could. A friend and I made it for an appetizer party and it was a huge hit. Next time I will cut way back on the lime juice in the puree. I used one lime and it was too much. Put a little in at a time and taste.

This was awful. I even threw away the leftovers because I did not ever want it again. I only had 7 oz of sun-dried tomatoes and that was still too much. They overpowered the entire dish. I would not recommend this recipe. Don't waste expensive Goat Cheese.""
