"this is one of our favorite chicken dinners. the only thing i do differently is omit the mushrooms and pimentos so that my little kids will eat it also. the sauce is so easy and i've never had to do anything extra to get the right consistency.

"this is our favorite meal! i changed it up a little bit by using ground turkey instead of beef and veal but the flavors are the same. we make it with roasted broccoli and mashed red potatoes instead of the spinach mashed potatoes and i think it adds alot to it. the gravy is amazing on the broccoli. the gravy is amazing on anything for that matter. and the meal is so easy. we make it for company all the time and it tastes like i slaved in the kitchen all day but it really does only take me about 30 minutes.
