This is absolutely a great go-to recipe! It's so easy but delicious! I take a short cut on long days and get a good rotisserie chicken from the store and warm it with chicken stock and lemon juice and some dry white wine. Fantastic! This is a great dressing to use all the time! It's really messy though -but its so delicious its worth it!
I put a little dressing 'dot' as I put on each layer and it seems to help things stay in place better. Love this!!

Great salad with amazing flavor and texture. I know Ina wouldn't like to hear this -but I did not use the raisins. With the chutney- its just too sweet. Very good- and easy! I used thin chicken breasts which made for a better ratio of chicken to sauce to cheese and it cooked faster without the top browning too quick. I also think- as she does in the episode- you need more butter over the stuffing.
To help with salt I used low sodium soup and stuffing.
I also like a nicer swiss...
