Reviewed Roasted Root Jumble with Feta Cheese
"On the TV show, Aarti cooked the dish @ 425 degrees. Even though I cooked the dish at that temperature, I still had to add time to the dish. I thought the feta added a nice saltiness to the dish also, and I made sure I didn't over salt the dish too much in the first part of the cooking process. I was surprised the lemon rinds were edible - they still had a bit of twang when you bite into them, but I liked it. The roasting made them soften in flavor. I would make this dish again.
