"Made this tonight almost exactly as directed... Delish. The husband asked for seconds. The recipe is super easy, and short of sauteing the chicken, took no time in prep work. For sure, this will become a staple when "the boys" come home for the summer. Oh. And the curry flavor was perfect... not overpowering at all. Really enjoyed it!"

Reviewed Baked Macaroni and Cheese

"this recipe is awesome. the BEST mac and cheese i've ever had, and i've had... a lot! i've made this many times, and have made a few changes either out of not having everything all the ingredients, forgetting something, or just my personal preferences. i temper in two eggs, instead of one, i use cheddar and gruyere (and more than suggested), and i changed the sauted panko bread crumbs to sauted crushed ritz crackers (that was one of those last second substitutions/solutions). no matter, though, because the recipe as it stands by Mr. Brown is excellent exactly as given.
