WOW. This was a winner! I did pretty much as Ina instructed... BUT I did make a few changes... I added the strained liquid from reconstituted porcini mushrooms (not called for in the recipe but I LOVE porcini... and I added a cup or so of chicken stock to the mushroom stock, just because I wanted to stretch it out a bit... Made this tonight almost exactly as directed... Delish. The husband asked for seconds. The recipe is super easy, and short of sauteing the chicken, took no time in prep work. For sure, this will become a staple when "the boys" come home for the summer. Oh. And the curry flavor was perfect... not overpowering at all. Really enjoyed it!"
