This was good. I added some corn and used chickpeas instead of great Northern beans. It was great with the bread.

Came out great. I got the pink salt off Amazon. I made the recipe except for the spices I just used pickling spice. Then I did add a couple of sticks of cinnamon. The cinnamon is really good in this recipe. I cured mine for a week and cooked it- came out great. I weighed mine down with a canning jar I filled with water. Worked great. Much better...

Extremely easy to make! Takes 10 minutes max and they really fill the spot for a doughnut craving. I just topped mine with a water/powdered sugar/vanilla/pinch of salt glaze. Have made this recipe 3 or 4 times now and now keep a can of canned biscuits in the fridge, something I never had use of before."
