I have to agree with those that thought the sauce was too greasy. Mine definitely was and the flavor was a little on the weird side. I can';t put my finger on it, but it needed something. The meat turned out fine, but then you can';t really ruin pork tenderloin."

Very average dish! Not something I would make again. It wasn't bad...just not up to Rachel Ray standards. I thought the mustard and tarragon was an odd addition to the dish.
