I made it with 1.5 lbs. of green beans, 4 strips of bacon & half of a small onion eliminating the olive oil altogether. I did pre-cook the bacon & onions a little bit to get rid of some of the fat before I added it to the beans. I've made this twice now using a whole grain mustard. I thought the mustard/ranch dressing combination was a little odd. While it wasn't bad, it wasn't great either and probably not worth a 3rd go-round. Ree's recipes are usually a 4 or 5 star in my book, but this one fell a little short.

Why is it when I click on reviews for Grilled Broccoli Rabe with Grilled Pepper Relish, I get a hodge-podge of an assortment of reviews, many of which weren't even featured on Bobby's Basics, Steakhouse at Home? Heck, they're not even Bobby Flay recipes! What's with your guys? Did you hire a bunch of kindergartners to revamp your website?

I have to agree with those that thought the sauce was too greasy. Mine definitely was and the flavor was a little on the weird side. I can';t put my finger on it, but it needed something. The meat turned out fine, but then you can';t really ruin pork tenderloin."
