Very good! We used a bag of mixed salad because we didn't have romaine and I still loved it-I'm sure it would work on spinach greens too...I can't wait to make it again with romaine!"

I liked this a lot! I didn't have frozen Lima beans and made this with left overs (made from dried that I made for a different purpose) so I don't know if that changed anything but I don't think so except that I had just a bit of crushed red pepper in my leftovers. I will definitely make it again!"

Jan 16, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I made broccoli instead of asparagus because that's what I had on hand; that said the couscous with chicken and grapes was really good! I didn't have fresh thyme so just used a teaspoon of dried. This really is a fast and simple dinner that does impress and I thought the amounts of chicken, sauce, and couscous were right on. The only thing that"

These were excellent! My "big on breakfast" Husband really liked them and thinks they will also be great for him to take to work and reheat. He commented on liking the Maple syrup with it so I wouldn't skip that. I only had one 6-muffin tin and one 6-popover tin so I made one of each.
