Reviewed Chorizo and Shrimp Quesadillas with Smoky Guacamole
"We love this meal! Every year it is our New Years Eve dinner, we make it for family, friends and all the kids; everyone loves it. Warning though, be careful with the sauce it can get very spicy, we usually make 2-3 variations. It takes more than 30 Minutes to make the meal but is worth it!
