Reviewed Chicken Stew with Biscuits
"I've made this recipe many times. What I do for the biscuits is I buy frozen Grands biscuits, allow them to thaw and use them. They taste just as good as the original recipe but MUCH easier!!! I also allow the pearl onions to thaw. A few times these did not seem to cook and were VERY crunchy. What a great meal for a cold, winter day or even a rainy, spring one! I also saute the carrots with the chopped onions so they aren't quite so crisp.
