About Me
I teach Special Education here in the Saratoga Springs, NY area. I absolutely love it here. I enjoy traveling - wish I could do it more often. I enjoy cooking and baking. Maybe that's why I am addicted to the Food Network. I watch it nonstop.
Favorite Foods
I love all sorts of foods. I love ethnic foods such as Hungarian, German, Greek and Thai foods. My mother in law is from Japan and has traveled the world. She has introduced me to a variety of different tastes and flavors. I have to say one of my favorite restaurants is Blue Ginger in Massachusetts. We met Ming Tsai (chef/owner and he was also on the food network). The food was spectacular. We requested to meet Ming and he spent about 20 minutes with us. He was extremely personable.Advertisement
