The recipe clearly states to butter and flour 3 (9inch) cake pans in the top of the directions - the second sentence in. It is unfair to give this five star recipe only two stars because you didn't read the directions correctly.

I just made this and it is delicious. The pumpkin makes the cake more moist than a typical angel food cake. Plus, I made a glaze for the top - 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbls. of milk and a 1 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Mix together and pour over the top. YUM!!!"

I just made this recipe last night for my boyfriend of only three months. We both enjoyed it immensely. First, it made me look like a gourmet cook - the dish was beautiful with the fresh parsley on top. But I wasn't expecting all that flavor and I usually don't like cooked shrimp, but it was fantastic!
