Reviewed Stove Top Mac-n-Cheese

"I thought this one is a great quick Mac & Cheese recipe. I am not in any way a great cook. Enough know how to just feed my family. But I could never figure out how to make a good roux. This one eliminates that need.
I did make it in
1. half recipe
2. fat free half & half instead of evap milk.
3. No dry mustard (we don't like the taste)
4. Reduced butter qty

I did find the mixture to be a bit runny but creamy and sharp tasting. But DON'T be tempted to heat it too much. The more you heat it the more the mixture will turn grainy... as I find out the hard way.
I personally enjoy the taste of sharp cheddar, but if you're more into processed cheese flavor you might want to experiment with the different cheeses instead of sharp cheddar.
I think this recipe is a keeper! "
