Easiest way to make a whole chicken, in my opinion, and it tastes great. The a jus is perfect. A thermometer is a good idea so you can make sure the chicken is cooked properly before you remove it. I am now discovering all the recipes i wrote down while watching Good Eats are all here... It was worth it. Thank you!"
