These are amazing! Just like other reviews, don't expect them to taste like potato chips. Be careful not to burn. I found that if I cooked them just until dry, and turn off the oven and leave them in there for about 15 min. they finish crisping without getting brown. I am gonna try these tonight on my smoker. ""

Wonderful salad! I added chopped broccoli and eggs, but otherwise made it as directed. For those of you wanting more tang, try mixing your vinegar and mustard powder together for just a few minutes before adding to other ingredients. The longer the two sit- the more snap it will have. "
