"I made these tonight and they were delicious!!!! Something different for a change. Of course my husband (an onion lover) said they could use onions! I liked them just the way the were. I might caramelize some onions next time and he could put them on top himself. I think cooking the onions with the potatoes might make them quite not so crispy."

"Very good, but I saw others that said it was too sweet. I used 1 cup sugar total for the 2 sheets of pastry. It was sweet enough for me. I also sprinkled cinnamon before folding and baking. I baked it at 400` convection. "
