Reviewed Beignets with Raspberry Sauce
"haven't tried, but plan to as it seems quick and easy for a tasty snack, but will stick to powdered sugar. To those naysayers, I too have had beignets in the Big Easy and picked up a mix there also. The mix was not so great (and I'm an experienced cook)so these substitutes will probably be just fine unless I decide to make beignets from scratch"
