Reviewed Penne with Brown Butter, Arugula, and Pine Nuts

Very tasty! I didn't have pine nuts but pecans were still delicious. I recommend using the good parmessan (the kind Giada uses) because the quality of the pre-grated store bought (green container) cheese is very low. Great recipe to use up a lot of my garden tomatoes!"
