"I have baked the cookies and am getting ready to make the "creamy filling". However; I was wondering what size of ice cream scoop SHOULD I have used?? I have a 1-5/8 ounce scoop and only ended up with 8 cookies (16 unassembled) ... and the recipe says it will make 12-15. Yikes...
