Reviewed Roasted Turkey Roulade
"What a great dish. I served this for Christmas dinner and got rave reviews. The turkey was moist, tasty and the stuffing was wonderful. I wondered how the figs would taste in the stuffing and they added the perfect balance to the cranberries. I also like how Ina recommended using both sweet and hot sausage, it made an interesting layer of flavors. (by the way, turkey sausage was just great as well)
