MMMmmmm. These were very good! More like a light mini cake than a crunchy or chewy cookie. The lemon glaze on top added extra flavor and gave the cookie a nice, elegant appearance. I will definitely make these again!"

Made this for my mom and she along with everyone else in my family LOVED it! I never made the glaze because I didn't want it to be too sweet and we all thought that it was a good thing that I never added it- the crumble itself was sweet and tasty enough. This is definitely a recipe to keep!"
