Reviewed Pumpkin Cheesecake
"Sooo Good! It was great. It was a little soft in the center so I think I will leave it in the oven a little extra time for the next time. Mine also cracked in the middle but I read in other cheesecake recipes that you can run a sharp knife around the edge as you let it cool on the rack to keep it from cracking. I'll have to try this the next time.
Love to cook and bake but don't get to do it too often. Like to bake with my daughthers 9 and 11 on the weekends.
