Sooo Good! It was great. It was a little soft in the center so I think I will leave it in the oven a little extra time for the next time. Mine also cracked in the middle but I read in other cheesecake recipes that you can run a sharp knife around the edge as you let it cool on the rack to keep it from cracking. I'll have to try this the next time....
