Reviewed Spicy Cinnamon-Chocolate Brownies

"Made these today, and me and my husband enjoyed them. We both like Cayenne so we didn't mind the 'kick' afterwards, but it was too spicy for our 4 yr. old twins, they kept coughing when they tasted the Cayenne. Cinnamon and Cayenne good match together but definatley more for adult taste buds. Will make again but expect folks that don't like sp""

Reviewed Italian Sausage and Egg Bake

"Very good! Made it for Saturday breakfast and me and my husband loved it. Definately bake for 20 min. to thoroughly cook the center of the egg. I prepared the bread cubes the day before to save time but bake them about 8 min. initially otherwise they will get too toasted when they bake on top of sausage. The Goat cheese really complimented it. ""

Reviewed Cipollini Onion and Fennel Pot Roast

"OMG, this was sooo tender and juicy and fell apart just like in Giada's episode. My husband and kids went on and on about how good it was and hoped that I would make it again. I could only find a 3lb. roast and I really didn't adjust the seasonings just lessened the amount of beef stock and the cooking time was only for 3 1/2hrs. rather than the 4. I served mashed potatoes and steamed mixed vegetables with it. I also purchased Naan flatbread a timesaver rather than use Giada's flatbread recipe. I definately recommend this recipe and it will be a keeper. Not sure why a couple reviews said it was dry, they must not have purchased a good piece of beef. Grazie Giada!!

Reviewed Baked French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup

"I had read the reviews prior and cut the eggs back to 6 but it was still too liquidy and turned out like a pudding, which my 12yr. old step-son did not like since he said he prefers the 'other kind of french toast'. My husband on the other hand did like it and even though it's soggy the egg was cooked through out. I will try it again but cut it back to 5 eggs and lessen the milk to 1/2 cup. It was very tasty even without the syrup.
