About Me
I'm a Neonatal ICU nurse at Hopkins and a nurse with the Maryland Army National Guard. I really love cooking, and usually I get some nifty kitchen gagets for Christmas...this year I got a smoker and food processor.
Favorite Foods
My kids call my mashed potatoes "Dad's famous mashed potatoes", they are actually garlic mashed potatoes with sour cream and cheese made with Yucon golds. Also when ever we have a pot luck supper at work, all the nurses tell me to bring my homemade baked spicy mac-n-cheese.
