My Activity

Reviewed Coconut Bundt Cake

"Thanks to the other reviewers for their terrific advice. I made it today for a Superbowl party and it was a huge hit! I took it out after 50 minutes and it was done; I added the extra tablespoon of coconut extract; and I added a half cup of the flaked coconut to the batter. I did one extra thing - instead of cooking spray (I did spray the pan but had to wash it out because it smelled stale) I used coconut oil and then floured it. It gave a nice taste.

I had a few pieces that stuck to the pan,, but I think I need a new bundt pan - mine has seen better days. I will try this recipe again as soon as I get a new one. It's a keeper!
