2 Teaspoons salt were way too much for us. Everything else was great. Maybe the 3 Tbls of parmesan put salt taste over the edge. Would back off to maybe 1/2 tsp of salt and see how it taste. A shame to do all the work and have to throw away the leftovers we were hoping to eat tomorrow. These people that said it was bland did not follow the rec"

This was very flavorful and delicious!! We are working at lowering our blood sugar levels and everything about this recipe is healthy and good for us. I did use low fat sharp cheddar and baby portobellos since I had them on hand. It is a keeper and I plan to try more of Bobby Deen's healthy recipes! Thank you Bobby."
