Sure impressed my roommates! I followed weights and measurements exactly tho not cooking time. Dry Herbs except for basil was fresh. Read other reviews which cautioned against overcooking it, so I monitored internal temp. Cut back oven to 350 for 45 minutes after the initial 475 and pulled it out at 160 degrees internal. Perfect.
