Reviewed Blue Potatoes au Gratin

I love these potatoes. Just enough blue cheese to give a slight tang without being overwhelming. I want to make these the night ahead and then reheat the following evening. Has anybody done this successfully? If so, how long would you reheat for and at what temperature? Will they be as good as fresh? Also, it is better to fully cook the night prio"
