About Me
I love experimenting in the kitchen( I am a science lab teacher !). I grow a lot of fresh herbs that I enjoy adding to my dishes. My inspiration for cooking is in surprising and pleasing those who eat my creations!
Favorite Foods
Probably my favorite foods to cook are most anything Italian, soups, and vegetable dishes. I also love making desserts. My son and grandson say my mac & cheese and my fried chicken is the bomb. I am not a huge mac & cheese or fried chicken fan, but they love it...comfort food! My friends love all the soups I make! Fav restaurant- a little local family owned and operated Italian place in town.
