Delicious. If you refrigerate the dough properly before putting it in the oven, the butter will not leak and burn on the parchment. It's pastry dough 101. You must make sure your butter is chilled enough. I even halved the recipe because I only had a couple apples, and it worked perfectly. I also didn't have apricot jam, so I took normal strawberry...
