I would have thought the combination of whisky, peaches, worcestershire, and barbecue sauce would produce a more distinctive, unique flavor but it didn't. This was OK; tasted like ordinary barbecue chicken.

Really good recipe; it's time consuming to make but we'll definitely do it again. The salty / briny olives were a nice touch to the sauce and we used dried cranberries instead of dates in the couscous.

I like this recipe but I think it needs more flavor so I increase the amount of ingredients in the marinade - more garlic, 2 jalape���os instead of 1, and 5 or 6 limes instead of 4. We've made this at least 3 times and definitely will again.

Tarragon doesn't always mix well with other ingredients because it has a strong distinctive flavor but I thought this dish was terrific. Will definitely make again!
