This tart was easy to make and a lovely taste that wasn't overly sweet. I ended up using Franz's Gingersnap Cookies, 14.5oz bag. I used all but 5 cookies in order to achieve 3.25cups of crumbs to fit my 11" tart pan. I stuck with the recipe's amt for 9" filling and it worked out fine. ***PNWs, to get those swedish cookies I recommend Cost Plus...
