Reviewed Cauliflower "Mac" and Cheese Casserole
"Thanks to the reviews, I added more garlic and pepper, was out of cream cheese so I used sour cream instead which gave it an added kick.... added a dash of nutmeg, one egg and a splash of half 'n half in addition to the cream, added at least 2-3cups of cheese.....next time will add some caramelized onion and bread crumbs...VERY tasty!!"
