Not my cup of tea- I felt it lacked flavor and the skin on the chicken didn't crisp very well. Just not for me. My husband loved it for the citrus taste of the chicken.

This soup is great. It really annoys me when people post ratings WITHOUT making the recipe just based on some ridiculous bias they have. If you don't like it, don't make it, but don't throw off the stats for the rest of us.

Loved it! I made it exactly as the directions stated, and it was great. I did end up adding a little sriracha sauce with the soy sauce in my bowl which was a nice addition if you want some extra heat, but it's great just as-is too! I like that it's a twist on traditional chicken soup. Try it.

I followed the directions exactly and used good wine. The onions took forever, and I felt the flavor of the soup was still a bit bland by the end. That said, I like a really full-bodied french onion soup, so maybe I am too particular. Anyway, not for me, but others seem to like it.

This was outstanding. It was a nice change to a huge turkey. One note- it was tricky to get the correct temp of the turkey, so pay attention to cooking time and color of the turkey on the outside. Loved the stuffing.
