Reviewed falafel in pita with yogurt sauce

I only made the yogurt sauce for some grilled chicken in pita bread. It was really good! I only saw this recipe as "salt as needed," so no problem there. But to be honest i eyeballed the ingredients anyway. Also i used parsley and dill as my herbs. And the cumin makes this sauce a little sweeter as all the other flavors are so strong. I am never buying...

I cooked it; my husband and I ate it all! I used chicken broth instead of beef broth and it came out good. I only had four celery stalks left from a previous recipe, but I used 1 tablespoon of butter... I am very happy to have found this recipe as i am trying not to waste food anymore! Good recipe. I will make it next time with beef broth.
