I made this a few days in a Sports Nutrition class and we loved it. It was easy and quick for my kitchen to make. I would recommend finding a meat to serve with it. Perhaps chicken? Protein rich and delicious!""

This was really good. I used milk instead of oj and fresh fruit instead of frozen. The one thing i might change is not so much banana. Maybe 3/4 instead of a whole next time?"
