“Excellent recipe! I've never made any kind of soup before and this came out delicious. I used a dash of dry thyme because I didn't have fresh sprigs, and vegetable stock since I don't eat meat.
The timing is a little off in the sense that the wine definitely takes more than 5 minutes to evaporate (I'd say 10, maybe 15) and the flour only...”
