"Excellent! I did omit the lemon zest (hubby isn't a fan), and added red pepper flakes for a bit of a kick and it was absolutely perfect. A nice, light tasting dish. Even better with crusty bread dipped in balsamic vinegar and olive oil!"

"Instead of using the 14 ounce can of salmon, I used a 7 ounce can and a 7 ounce can of crab. They turned out beautifully and they didn't have that overly breaded taste that I find most fish cakes have. I will definately make these again!"
