Reviewed Crispy Kale "Chips"

Sep 10, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I tried these last night and really liked them. As others said, not really a substitute for chips but a good snack. Be sure that none of the leaves overlap or they won't get crispy. Great recipe that I will use again."

I did not like this cake. I prepared the batter exactly to the recipe and only baked it 50 minutes but it turned out dry and not a lot of lemon flavor. I will probably try a different recipe next time."

This recipe is wonderful. I have made it twice in the past couple of weeks and everyone loves it. I think I will also saute the vegetables before I mix in with the other ingredients. Either way, this is a great dish. Love the Pioneer Woman!"

This is a wonderful recipe. I bought bottled jerk sauce and added the olive oil and ginger. I also skewered the vegetables separately and grilled them ahead of the shrimp. Great recipe for a summer cookout. I will use this recipe often."

This cake was delicious and so easy to make. I garnished it with thinly sliced limes and everyone loved it. Next time I will add lime zest to the frosting but that's the only thing I would change. Great recipe!"

Wonderful cake. I made it for Easter and none was left. I substituted almond flavoring for the Grand Marnier since there would be kids eating the cake. Great recipe. "

This is the second time I have made this dish and it is just as good this time as it was before. I added a couple of jalapeno peppers because I had a lot from my garden and they gave it just a little heat. Delicious and easy dish. Thanks Paula""

I had the same problem with the liquid not draining but it still turned out on the plate well. The zest makes such a good flavor. I served it with raspberry chipotle sauce and it was a very popular dish at a party. As always with Ina's recipes this one is a keeper.

Great and simple recipe. I had to use black olives because I could not get kalamata olives and I added the zest from the lemon to the dressing. It was delicious.
