Wow what a great bread recipe for those of us who are not bread makers. I used all purpose flour and did not have a mixer with a hook. It takes about an hour for it to rise the first time and 30 min. for the second.

Wow this was a great bread recipe for those of us who are not bread makers. I only had all purpose (AP) flour and did not have a mixer with a hook attachment. Let the bread rise for about an hour on the first raise, 30 min. on the second rise. I also brushed it with olive oil. Remember to check your yeast to make sure the expiration has not expired....
