Reviewed Sausage, Peppers and Onions
"After reading many of the reviews, I was concerned that this might be a bit too runny for my taste, especially if using with rolls. I used 2 pounds of sweet and hot Italian sausage. I used the 2 tbsp of tomato paste (as it calls for) and only half a can of diced tomatoes, without the juices. I did use the marsala wine as the recipe suggests. Given these modifications, it was incredible! My guests absolutely loved it. This was the perfect consistency. Enough liquids to give it flavor, but not runny. Definitely will make this again.
