"The first time I made this I used 100 percent Vodka and seeped it for 30 days. I also cut the sugar by a half a cup. It tasted great but I did get the freezing problem as some others. I took it out and let it melt. I put three dish towels around the bottle and put it back in the freezer-no more frozen lemoncello. I just got my hands on some polis""
