I've made this recipe twice now. I mixed it up a little by adding Proscuitto instead of bacon which came out excellent. I also added mozzerella and only did half the gruyer cheese. The bread on top adds a nice crunch too. My whole family loves this, even my 5 yr old who is very picky. This one goes into the family book to be used again and again. "
