About Me
Happily married, full time working mom and wife. I come from a large Italian/Irish/German family. I have recently undergone treatment for cervical cancer and could not have done it without the love and support of my Family. I'm not in the clear yet, but I feel good and remain optimistic!
I love to cook and I love when people say how much they love my food. I watch Food Network and The Cooking Channel religiously and subscribe to the Food Network Magazine as well. I am a Food-A-Holic. I love trying new cuisine and cooking styles. I wish I could have been smart enough to have made a career of Cooking, but I guess I let it slip passed me. However I do feel rewarded by cooking for my family and loving how my food makes them smile and always wanting more! :)

Lasagne, (Pasta of any kind)
Chicken Franchese
Chicken Curry ( I love Indian food)
Cheesecake
I could go on but really, I love it all!
