I have eaten this dish before with mushrooms and loved it.Here I substituted 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup for the mayo and switched heavy cream for the sour cream.I did not use bread crumbs but used sliced fresh mushrooms instead and also used fresh Parmesan cheese on top.I cut my chicken into bite size pieces to make it easier to eat and mixed...
