"This was WONDERFUL! So easy to prepare and cooked perfectly! I followed the recipe exactly and it came out perfect - could not have asked for a better turkey. It took about 6-1/2 hours for my oven to cool completely and it was still warm inside the roasting pan for a long time. I will definitely use this recipe from now on. Thanks for a GREAT"
